For the past 35 years we have excelled in applications for Tax Exempt Status, Forms 1023 and 1024, for public charities and private foundations.  Organizational documents and by-laws must meet specific criteria determined by the Internal Revenue Service.  We have often helped organizations amend By-Laws and other documents or enlarge the Board of Directors in order to comply with requirements for successful application.

A great idea for tax-exempt organizations:  Use your Form 990 as a marketing tool!  The explanations of your program services and the ratio of program service expenses to total expenses can be an excellent way to attract donations and grants for your organization.  Spending a little time to show your best side can be well worth it, and the Form 990 is required to be made available to the public upon request anyway.
